20 Games in a Row for Ryu Sunday, August 24th , 2025 Keiya Ryu continued his streak at Texas (DSL) Grounds, even as the ballgame did not go his way. The Texas (DSL) third baseman was 1-for-3 in today's contest and now has hit safely in his last 20 games. The Rangers 1 were not as fortunate, losing, 4-0, to the Cleveland (DSL) Guardians 2. "Ryu was hitting everything we threw at him," said Cleveland (DSL) manager Matt Schroeder. "He is a tough out. Fortunately, things went our way in the ballgame and we came away with a win." Keiya Ryu walked in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, grounded out in the 7th and struck out in the 9th. Ryu is currently hitting at a .371 pace with 8 home runs and 33 RBIs. He has played in 51 games and scored 29 times. |
