Detroit (DSL)-Baltimore (DSL) Fight Results in Suspensions Monday, August 4th , 2025 Yesterday at Orioles 1 Field Gregorio Solis and Juan Moralez got into each other's space and then into each other's face. They began to grapple and fell to the ground. That's when it boiled over into a full-fledged bench-clearing tussle between the Detroit (DSL) Tigers 1 and Baltimore (DSL) Orioles 1. Reason finally prevailed as the umpires restored order. After much discussion, only the two major combatants were ejected from the game. Today the league office notified the ballclubs that Solis will have to sit out 3 while Moralez would be given a 7-game suspension for their roles in the brawl. Solis is currently hitting at a .228 pace with 9 home runs and 30 RBIs. Moralez has taken the mound for 13 relief appearances this season, nailing down no saves while notching a 1-0 record with a 3.86 ERA. The Baltimore (DSL) reliever has limited opposing batters to a .286 batting average. |
