Clark 5-for-6 Against Angels Sunday, August 3rd , 2025 It's not something you read about in the sports pages every day -- a 5-for-6 day. For many, it might come around only once in a career -- and for Bryan Clark, it came around today. The 21-year-old first baseman scattered hits all over Great American Ball Park to pace the 12-2 Cincinnati (DSL) Reds victory over the Los Angeles (DSL) Angels. Los Angeles (DSL) skipper Danny Godinez told reporters in the press room that "Clark deserves a hat-tip." "He hit some good pitches against us," he said. "In fact, according to our scouting reports, Clark hit several that he is not supposed to be able to hit." Bryan Clark tripled in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 2nd, flied out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 6th and singled in the 8th. In his 2025 season totals, Clark has 9 home runs, .354 BA, .420 OBP, 25 RBIs and 35 runs scored. |
