Aguilar Bangs Out 6 Base Hits Wednesday, July 16th , 2025 It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Victor Aguilar. Aguilar went on a tear and cracked hit after hit off Los Angeles (DSL) pitchers. When the dust settled on the diamond at San Diego (DSL) Grounds, he had a 6-for-6 line and a day he will long remember. And the San Diego (DSL) Padres 1 had a win, 12-7, over the Dodgers Robinson. "Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but it won't get me a hit tomorrow," he joked in the postgame interview. Victor Aguilar doubled in the 1st, singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off Owen Asher in the 8th. Aguilar is currently hitting at a .410 pace with 8 home runs, 21 RBIs and has scored 24 times. |
