The 17-year-old Detroit (DSL) Tigers 1 third baseman racked up 6 hits in 7 at-bats at Pittsburgh (DSL) Grounds and led the Tigers 1 to a win, 11-10. Dave Klotz hit a two-run double in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Gus Roca in the 7th, doubled in the 9th, singled in the 11th and hit an RBI single in the 12th. |
