Tampa Bay (FCL) to Lose Harris for 7-8 Months

The news was not unexpected, but that didn't make it easier to accept for the Tampa Bay (FCL) Rays: starting pitcher Taylor Harris is out for the year. Harris suffered shoulder inflammation on 07/11/2026. The team knew that the chances of seeing him return were slim to none. But today it was made official.

Philadelphia (FCL)-Pittsburgh (FCL) Fight Results in Suspensions

After an intense confrontation, both the Phillies Craig Dixon and the Pirates Black Sam Lawter were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent Philadelphia (FCL)-Pittsburgh (FCL) game. Craig Dixon will miss 5 games, while Sam Lawter was suspended for 10 games.
"Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," Craig Dixon commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play."
