Peace Cracks 3 HR for Phillies Saturday, August 9th , 2025 Philadelphia (FCL) Phillies center fielder Casey Peace had a magnificent game against the Baltimore (FCL) Orioles Black, rocketing three balls out of Orioles Black Grounds to help the Phillies win, 10-5. "I got some good pitches to hit and I creamed them," he said after the game. "The first was a big, fat fastball and the last two were hanging curves. All three were mistakes." For the game, Peace went 3-for-4 with 4 RBIs and 4 runs scored. "There's a fine line between hitting home runs and line drives," Philadelphia (FCL) manager Tim Rich said later. "Seems like Casey found his home run stroke today." Casey Peace hit a solo-shot off Shawn Bustle in the 2nd, was hit by a pitch in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Jody McCreery in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Matt Diaz in the 7th and grounded out in the 8th. Peace is currently hitting at a .282 pace with 3 home runs and 11 RBIs. |
