Porter Strokes 5 Hits Saturday, June 14th , 2025 Chase Porter did a number on the Orioles Black in the 5-4 Tampa Bay (FCL) victory -- and the number was 5. The Rays center fielder banged out 5 hits in 5 at-bats at Tropicana Field to lead his club past the Baltimore (FCL) Orioles Black. "I felt good in the batter's box," he said. "I had confidence in my swing and knew that it was there and that I could get the job done." Chase Porter doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Corey Pollard in the 5th, singled in the 6th and hit an RBI double in the 8th. |
