Gonzalez Picked AL Player of the Week Monday, May 19th , 2025 It was an extraordinary week for Carlos Gonzalez of the Chicago White Sox. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .394, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the American League. Last week Gonzalez went 13-for-33, racked up 5 home runs and 7 RBIs and scored 9 runs. It was a heck of a week for the Chicago right fielder.
