Houston Halts Shea's Hitting Steak

The 25-game hitting streak of P.J. Shea has come to an end. The Los Angeles Angels third baseman went 0-for-4 in his team's 6-5 loss to the Houston Astros at Angel Stadium of Anaheim.
"It's not just P.J. who came up short," Angels manager Adam Sweeney said in his postgame press conference. "This was a team loss."
Shea is hitting .407 for the season with 5 home runs, 23 RBIs and 18 runs scored. He has 44 hits in 108 at-bats and played in 26 games.
