Shea Stretches Hit String to 25 Sunday, April 27th , 2025 Nobody has been able to shut down Los Angeles Angels third baseman P.J. Shea in recent days. The River Hills Rockets fared no better than the rest. Today at Angel Stadium of Anaheim, Shea picked up 2 hits in 5 at-bats en route to a win, 6-2. It stretched his hitting string to 25 consecutive games. P.J. Shea grounded out in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, hit a two-run single in the 6th and singled in the 8th. During the current season Shea is batting at a .423 clip with 5 home runs and 23 RBIs. He has played in 25 games and scored 18 times. |
