Ynclan Garners NL Batter of the Month Award Monday, June 1st , 2026 Though his face is weathered and his hands are callused, Alex Ynclan can still get it done in Major League Baseball. The 34-year-old first baseman for Colorado was named the National League Batter of the Month today after putting up an impressive performance at the plate. In May he batted .308 with 13 home runs, 23 RBIs and 31 runs scored. At the moment, Ynclan is hitting .249 with 17 home runs and 35 RBIs. He has played in 52 games and scored 41 times. |
