Burlew and Pajak Dealt Friday, March 20th , 2026 It's all done except the paperwork. The Minnesota Twins and the Athletics have agreed to a trade that will send 23-year old minor league CF Mike Burlew and 20-year old minor league LHP Frank Nieto to Athletics, while 25-year old 2B Eric Pajak will be shipped to Minnesota. A top front office executive with the Twins described the trade talks as "quick and easy." "We're glad to get this deal done. We think it's something that helps our ball club and it didn't take too long at all to sort this one out," he said. During his career, Pajak has compiled a .302 batting average and collected 115 hits, 25 home runs and 83 RBIs. |
