Rangers-Rockies Trade: Alvarez for Vasquez Monday, February 23rd , 2026 BNN is reporting a rumored trade between the Texas Rangers and Colorado Rockies has been finalized. The deal, which is expected to be announced sometime during the next few hours, will reportedly send 23-year old LF Julio Alvarez to Colorado in return for 26-year old LHP Alex Vasquez. The clubs were noncommittal on the trade, but did not deny it. |
