After spending months fine-tuning his mechanics and focusing on explosive strength, Farrow has emerged with a noticeable bump in speed, positioning him for a strong year with the Kansas City Royals organization. Working closely with the team's performance staff, Dave Farrow revamped his training regimen, focusing on building power from the ground up.
