Deal: Snowden for Porter Sunday, February 8th , 2026 Today at a press conference the Tampa Bay Rays announced a trade has been completed with the Chicago White Sox. The Rays have shipped 25-year old 1B Deshawn Snowden to the White Sox for 28-year old LHP John Porter and 22-year old minor league RHP Mario Silvas. Snowden is hitting the ball at a .241 clip over his career. In 102 games he has delivered 76 hits, 18 home runs with 55 RBIs and scored 48 times. In his career, Porter has compiled a 7-12 record with a 5.01 ERA in 32 starts. |
