Done Deal: Jones for Castillo Friday, January 30th , 2026 Done deal! The Chicago White Sox have agreed to send 19-year old minor league LF Mike Jones to the Detroit Tigers for 29-year old RHP Tony Castillo and 22-year old minor league 2B Benito Chavez. The trade, rumored for days, was completed in the wee hours this morning. In his career, the 29-year-old Castillo has accumulated a 11-3 won-lost mark and opposing clubs have hit .231 against him. |
