AL Star of the Week Announced Monday, September 1st , 2025 What's in a number? In baseball, just about everything. The numbers that Los Angeles's Joe Danford put up last week were the envy of the league, as Danford came away with American League Player of the Week honors. He belted out 13 hits in 30 at-bats, 3 home runs and 8 RBIs last week as he posted his .433 batting average. In the 2025 season Danford is hitting .338 with 9 home runs. |
