Tampa Bay Loses Taveras for Season Monday, August 4th , 2025 Team officials for the Tampa Bay Rays confirmed that a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament will force Jordan Taveras to miss the rest of the season. Taveras sustained the injury on 08/03/2025. It remains to be seen who will replace Taveras on the active roster.
