Colorado Swaps Trimble to Baltimore for Laib Thursday, July 31st , 2025 The Rockies announced today the acquisition of 23-year old minor league LHP Chris Laib and 20-year old minor league RHP Phil Hill from the Baltimore Orioles in exchange for 26-year old RHP Coop Trimble, 21-year old minor league RHP Bob Whidby, and $1,770,000 in cash. "This isn't the biggest deal out there," acknowledged the Rockies, "but it should help out both clubs." This season, Trimble has 10 wins and 4 losses and a 3.64 ERA. |
