Minnesota, Tampa Bay Trade Players Thursday, July 31st , 2025 The Twins and Rays confirmed this afternoon that a trade had been agreed upon. In the deal, Minnesota will get 38-year old RHP Jose Castillo, while Tampa Bay will receive 19-year old minor league SS Chris Spooner, 20-year old minor league RHP Stuart Rios, and 18-year old minor league C Bobby Chartier. So far this year, Castillo has 1 save in 25 relief appearances with a 2-3 record and 3.93 ERA. |
