Are Pirates and Braves Discussing a Deal? Wednesday, July 30th , 2025 "Something's up!" That was the reaction of one league insider when he heard the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Atlanta Braves suddenly suspended trade talks. It is not confirmed, but rumor has it that Pittsburgh sprung on Atlanta some eleventh-hour demands. A deal is now in jeopardy, it seems. Pittsburgh is 62-45 through 107 games. Atlanta has a record of 52-55. |
