AL's #1 Player, Rodriguez of Texas Monday, June 16th , 2025 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the American League, but last week Dave Rodriguez of the Texas Rangers reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Rodriguez rocked opposing pitching for a .500 average (10-for-20), 2 home runs and 8 RBIs to come away with the award. To date this year, Rodriguez is batting .293 with 8 home runs. |
