Injury Shuts Down McDonald for Season Thursday, July 17th , 2025 David McDonald had to wait several agonizing days to find out his diagnosis after suffering radial nerve compression on 07/16/2025. Today he received word from the Lake Elsinore doctor that he would be out the rest of the year. Team officials called it a huge setback but something they would have to overcome. Checking out his season stats to date, McDonald has no saves in 19 relief appearances. He's posted a record of 3 and 1 with an ERA of 6.53. |
