Fuentes Goes 6-for-7 Monday, June 16th , 2025 It was a magical day at the plate for Inland Empire 66ers second baseman Ruben Fuentes. The 22-year-old Fuentes helped lift Inland Empire to a win, 22-5, over the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes at Inland Empire Grounds. Fuentes smacked 6 hits in 7 at-bats to spark his club. Ruben Fuentes doubled in the 1st, grounded out in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th. At present, Fuentes is batting .354 and has collected no home runs, 12 RBIs, .422 OBP and scored 17 runs. |
