Hartwig Rips Jupiter for 6 Hits Thursday, June 19th , 2025 Nick Hartwig was sizzling at the plate. In a game played at Hammerheads Park, the Lakeland second baseman blistered the Jupiter Hammerheads for 6 hits in 7 at-bats to pace his club to a good 15-7 victory. "Hartwig was too tough to get out," Hammerheads skipper Nate Lockwood said in his postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Nick Hartwig singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th, singled in the 8th and flied out in the 9th. So far this season, Hartwig is batting .327 with 2 home runs. |
