Hernandez Blisters Fort Myers Thursday, May 29th , 2025 St. Lucie Mets left fielder Victor Hernandez really lit up the Fort Myers Mighty Mussels with a 5-hit barrage at Mighty Mussels Ballpark -- a performance that sparked the Mets to a 7-4 triumph. He shrugged off the performance after the game, saying "sometimes the ball finds outfielders, today the ball found some holes." Victor Hernandez singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Victor Arce in the 5th, singled in the 7th and struck out in the 9th. Currently Hernandez has 4 home runs and a .400 batting average. |
