Gallagher Hit Streak Reaches 33 Games Tuesday, May 27th , 2025 Ryan Gallagher's hitting streak is becoming the talk of Clearwater. The 18-year-old shortstop extended it once again, this time bringing it to 33 games with a 1-for-4 performance against the Daytona Tortugas. The Threshers won the game, 6-1. "People are starting to bring it up to me when I'm around town," he said. "It's getting stressful." Ryan Gallagher flied out in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and grounded out in the 8th. This season, Gallagher has hit 2 home runs and posted a .382 batting average. |
