Santos Sizzles -- Smokes Canadians for 5 Hits Tuesday, July 29th , 2025 Alberto Santos put on a hitting clinic at Canadians Stadium, spraying hits all over the ballpark and lashing Vancouver pitchers for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. However, the offensive onslaught wasn't enough for the Everett AquaSox, who still fell, 11-4. "Sometimes I try to pull the ball too much, so today I just went with the pitch," Santos told reporters after the game. "It's great to get 5 hits, but it would have been nicer to win the ballgame. too." Alberto Santos singled in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
