Rodriguez Stretches Hit String to 20 Thursday, September 4th , 2025 Eddie Rodriguez extended his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games in the 13-10 Bowling Green triumph over the Rome Braves. The 21-year-old Hot Rods third baseman collected 2 hits in 4 at-bats. "Of course it's going to end," he said. "I'm just enjoying it until then." Eddie Rodriguez flied out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, struck out in the 4th, hit a three-run home run off Keith Glynn in the 6th and grounded out in the 8th. Rodriguez currently has a .326 batting average with 90 hits, 10 homers, 34 RBIs, 48 runs scored and a .380 OBP. |
