Injury Derails Season for Cooks Tuesday, August 26th , 2025 Dylan Cooks had hoped for the best, but expected the worst. Today, he learned from the Hudson Valley medical staff that he would miss the rest of the season. The Hudson Valley reliever suffered bone chips in his elbow in an earlier ballgame. He admitted to being discouraged, but said he plans to come back strong next year. This season, Cooks has logged 1 save. He has thrown 63.1 innings, dished out 49 strikeouts and walked 32 while putting up a 3-5 mark and a 6.39 ERA. |
