Guerrero Big Deal in Brooklyn: Hits for Cycle Wednesday, July 23rd , 2025 Brooklyn center fielder Ruben Guerrero had a field day at Crawdads Stadium, battering Hickory pitchers and hitting for the cycle. Guerrero sparked the Cyclones to a win, 9-0, over the Crawdads by going 4-for-4 with 4 RBI and scoring 1 run. "I was seeing the ball great today," Guerrero said. "I'm glad it translated into results on the field." Ruben Guerrero doubled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Hector Rivas in the 4th, hit a three-run triple in the 5th, singled in the 7th and walked in the 8th. This season, Guerrero has hit 7 home runs and posted a .333 batting average. |
