Bowling Green's Morales Gets SAL Player of the Week Monday, June 9th , 2025 It was an extraordinary week for Rico Morales of the Bowling Green Hot Rods. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .500, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the South Atlantic League. Last week Morales went 12-for-24, racked up 1 home run and 11 RBIs and scored 7 runs. It was a heck of a week for the Bowling Green center fielder. For the year, Morales is batting .514 with 19 hits and 1 home run. He has scored 10 times and driven in 13. |
