South Atlantic League Picks May's Best Batter Sunday, June 1st , 2025 Jose Reyes may be much younger than other hitters in the South Atlantic League, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in May to win the Batter of the Month award. The 23-year-old Rome left fielder hit .351 with 5 home runs, 20 RBIs and 25 runs scored. Reyes is currently batting .327 with 6 home runs, 28 RBIs and 37 runs scored. He has 54 hits in 165 at-bats. |
