Beloit's Bobby Ricketts Named Top MID Manager Sunday, September 28th , 2025 The Beloit Snappers had an outstanding season, much of it due to their astute and gifted skipper. For his managerial excellence, Bobby Ricketts reaped the reward of being voted Midwest League Manager of the Year. "A manager is only as good as the players he's managing," Ricketts told reporters. "If I didn't have the talent to work with, making all the right moves wouldn't have helped a bit." Under Ricketts the Snappers finished first in the West with a record of 78-62. |
