Pierce Chosen #1 Player Monday, August 11th , 2025 When it came to hitting the baseball, David Pierce had few peers in the Midwest League this past week. The talented first baseman for Lansing tagged opposing pitchers for a .615 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 8 hits in 13 at-bats, 2 homers, 3 runs scored and 8 RBIs. So far this year, Pierce has hit .373 with 13 home runs, 60 RBIs and 42 runs scored. |
