For his fine efforts in May he has been named the league's #1 pitcher. During the month, Force excelled with 4 saves in 4 save opportunities, a 1.80 ERA and 3 wins and no losses. In 20 innings he struck out 8 and gave up 15 hits and 6 walks. So far this season, Force has compiled a 3-1 won-lost mark with 4 saves and a 3.22 ERA.
