5-Hit Blitz by Altoona's Ketron Wednesday, May 21st , 2025 It was a parade of hits for Gavin Ketron of the Altoona Curve at Curve Grove. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Ketron finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Curve to a win, 19-15. "Ketron was really good and we were really bad," groaned Fisher Cats manager Marcos Ochoa. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Gavin Ketron grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 6th and singled in the 7th.
