Luna on Fire, Named Player of the Week Monday, April 21st , 2025 When it came to hitting the baseball, Jerry Luna was in a class by himself in the Eastern League this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding catcher for Portland tagged opposing pitchers for a .526 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 10 hits in 19 at-bats, 4 homers, 8 runs scored and 6 RBIs. |
