Guerrero Goes 5-for-5 Monday, May 18th , 2026 No matter what the Bowie Baysox threw at him, Rodolfo Guerrero hit it. He easily handled Baysox pitching, going 5 for 5 and helping the Sea Dogs triumph, 10-5, at Sea Dogs Ballpark. "The way I was swinging, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview. Told of Guerrero's quip, Baysox skipper Danny Hostutler said he "would take him up on that next time." Rodolfo Guerrero doubled in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Mike Wellens in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 8th. In 5 games this year, Guerrero has posted a .389 average and put up these numbers: 2 home runs, 5 RBIs and 5 runs scored. |
