Johnson Slams 5 Hits for Bowie Friday, May 15th , 2026 No matter what the Hartford Yard Goats threw at him, Steven Johnson hit it. He easily handled Yard Goats pitching, going 5 for 5 and helping the Baysox triumph, 5-2, at Bowie Stadium. "The way I was swinging, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview. Told of Johnson's quip, Yard Goats skipper Eric Floyd said he "would take him up on that next time."
