The third baseman for the Wichita Wind Surge hit the milestone against the Tulsa Drillers, helping his club to a narrow 7-6 victory. Waters finished with a 5-for-5 line at the plate. "Waters was a tough out," Tulsa manager Phil Flann told the press in the postgame interview. "If it weren't for him, I think we had this one."
