Star of the Week Named in TEX Monday, August 11th , 2025 His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing Manny Melendez was rewarded with the Texas League Player of the Week honors. The scrappy Tulsa Drillers third baseman hit .500 while collecting 12 hits in 24 at-bats, 2 home runs and 9 RBIs. This year, Melendez is batting .342 with 9 home runs and 27 RBIs. |
