Gray Belts 5 Hits Saturday, July 5th , 2025 The Midland RockHounds tripped up the Wichita Wind Surge, 11-7. The RockHounds were led by Nick Gray, their 17-year-old left fielder. Gray made life miserable for Wichita pitchers all day, tagging them for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. Nick Gray singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 5th, tripled in the 6th, grounded out in the 7th and singled in the 9th. For the season, Gray has hit .353 with 8 home runs and 39 RBIs. He has played in 70 games and scored 51 times. |
