IL Awards Player of the Week Trophy Monday, May 18th , 2026 It was an extraordinary week for Rodolfo Gonzalez of the Indianapolis Indians. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .423, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the International League. Last week Gonzalez went 11-for-26, racked up 3 home runs and 11 RBIs and scored 4 runs. It was a heck of a week for the Indianapolis first baseman. To date, Gonzalez has collected 57 hits for a .442 average. He has posted 10 home runs, scored 24 runs and driven in 38 runs. |
