Yong-hong Yuan Captures IL Award Monday, September 8th , 2025 It was an extraordinary week for Yong-hong Yuan of the Nashville Sounds. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .619, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the International League. Last week Yuan went 13-for-21, racked up 2 home runs and 6 RBIs and scored 6 runs. It was a heck of a week for the Nashville first baseman. In 120 games this year, Yuan has posted a .334 average and put up these numbers: 15 home runs, 61 RBIs and 71 runs scored. |
