Lloyd Grabs IL Top Pitcher Trophy Monday, September 1st , 2025 The International League scribes have announced August's Pitcher of the Month and have given the award to George Lloyd of Jacksonville. He was one tough cookie on the mound last month with a fine 5-0 mark to prove it. The Jacksonville star made 6 starts with a 0.65 ERA and surrendered 31 hits in 41.2 innings. He struck out 37 and walked 17. This season, Lloyd has worked 131.1 innings with 119 strikeouts en route to a 10-7 record and a 2.40 ERA. |
