Guilmain Goes 5-for-6 Against Omaha Thursday, August 14th , 2025 Randy Guilmain exploded for a barrage of base hits at Storm Chasers Park. The St. Paul catcher had a field day in his team's 16-7 triumph over the Omaha Storm Chasers, finishing 5-for-6. "My hitting philosophy is simple," he said. "I focus on just seeing the ball and I try to get a good pitch." Guilmain must have focused at least 5 times and apparently got some good pitches, too, leading to one of his best days ever with the bat. Randy Guilmain grounded out in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a two-run triple in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 8th. |
