Buffalo's Rubenacker Goes Ballistic with 5 Hits Friday, August 1st , 2025 It was a parade of hits for Ryan Rubenacker of the Buffalo Bisons at Rochester Stadium. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Rubenacker finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Bisons to a win, 13-6. "Rubenacker was really good and we were really bad," groaned Red Wings manager Greg Weaver. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Ryan Rubenacker singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, walked in the 4th, hit a three-run home run off David Sullivan in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th. To date, Rubenacker has collected 32 hits for a .302 average. He has posted 3 home runs, scored 15 runs and driven in 19 runs. |
