Bustamante Gets 5 Hits Tuesday, July 15th , 2025 The Syracuse Mets upended the Toledo Mud Hens at Citi Field, thanks in large part to second baseman Alex Bustamante, who had a smashing day with the bat, racking up 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His big effort helped propel the Mets to a 6-5 victory. Alex Bustamante singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Ismael Campos in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
